Our Manufacturing Facility
We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant set up at Killa-Pardi, Gujarat, around 180 kilometres away from Mumbai. The organisation mostly services the Gujarat and Maharashtra markets.

Our Production Process
1. Printing
We offer advanced flexographic and rotogravure printing up to 6 colors. Our lamination machines add a protective moisture-proof layer to the fabric when required.
2. Cutting
Automated cutting machines ensure precise dimensions and uniform sizing for all bags, reducing wastage and increasing efficiency.
3. Stitching
Our skilled workforce operates heavy-duty sewing machines to guarantee secure bottom and top stitching, ensuring maximum bag strength.
4. Quality Assurance Lab
Every batch is rigorously tested in our in-house lab for tensile strength, UV resistance, drop testing, and dimension accuracy before dispatch.
5. Dispatch
Finished products are securely baled and palleted, ready for swift dispatch through our established logistics network across India.
